Let me take you on a journey back in time, to the golden days of our property hunt in Commerce City. Ah, Commerce City. The land of endless possibilities and unfulfilled promises. It was here that we hoped to find our very own slice of paradise, a place where we could put down roots and call home. Little did we know, it would be a journey filled with twists, turns, and enough red flags to make a firefighter blush. We met the team at New Perspective Real Estate with high hopes and even higher expectations. They seemed friendly enough, but as soon as they started showing us properties, we knew something was amiss. First off, let's talk about their "expertise. We were led to believe that these guys knew everything there is to know about the local market, yet every single property they showed us was overpriced and in a less-than-ideal location. It was like they were picking properties at random out of a hat!

But what really made our jaws drop was when we asked them about the neighborhoods themselves. We expected detailed insights into crime rates, school districts, and nearby amenities. They prey on unsuspecting buyers and sellers with their slick sales pitches and phony credentials, all while lining their own pockets with exorbitant fees.
