While I do agree that they have a welcoming staff, my experience with them has not been as exceptional as Mr. Mckinney's. In fact, I found their service lacking in certain areas. Firstly, when I visited their office at 230 E Paulson Ave #68, the atmosphere was not nearly as inviting as Mr. Mckinney described. While the staff members were indeed polite and well-groomed, there was a noticeable lack of warmth and hospitality that left me feeling unimpressed. They seemed more concerned with closing deals than actually helping their clients find what they needed. Secondly, I was disappointed by the quality of service provided by Sarah and Tom. While they were both knowledgeable and efficient, they failed to show any real passion for their work or for our community. I expected more from a company that claimed to have such a deep connection with Wasilla and its landmarks. Furthermore, I was surprised to learn that Alaska Real Estate Company's commitment to giving back to the community was not as extensive as Mr. Mckinney made it out to be.
