For instance, the receptionist seemed preoccupied with her phone and didn't greet me warmly or offer me any refreshments as Chloe described. Furthermore, some of the agents appeared rushed and didn't take the time to listen to my specific needs carefully. Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up after our meeting. I had requested that an agent call me back with more information regarding a particular property, but I never received a call. This left me feeling neglected and frustrated. Moreover, while the office itself is modern and inviting, it wasn't as clean and well-maintained as I would have expected. There were some scuffs on the walls and carpets that needed to be cleaned.
